Ah well, while London tears itself apart with people so angry they’re fit to burst, while also being horribly unaware of the cause of their fury; I’m going to enjoy the spontaneous pleasure of an unexpected bit of sunshine and a beer. Cheers.

Not sure how 200 or so gammon chops getting mad = London tearing itself apart.

Sames goes for the so called “riots” last week which were barely riots. Media hype job in the extreme.

I'd do the same mate but the weather's crap down here.

We're going for an Indian takeaway later though so I'll have my beer then.

Just proud vets and nothing else? No political thought whatsoever?
It’s not a political viewpoint for ex forces, it’s personal. You attack a war memorial or cenotaph then for them you are attacking their mates grave who got blown up in Afghanistan, Iraq or something other dirthole.

so whoever has a go at a war memorial is fair game for a kicking.

Churchill was a 'kin scumbag, so why shouldn't he be saluted by them? His goal was to defend British colonialism, not fight fascism.

It's entirley logical that assembled right wing yahoos seek to defend the icons of slavery and colonialism.

You could not be further from the truth, mate.

I don't agree with it but I understand that. One thing is, though, I've never seen this happen when there's been damage from other marches/protests/parades though?

And, have there been a lot of cenotaphs and war memorials defaced? This is a genuine question, as I know one person tried to burn the flag of a cenotaph? Was this repeated all over the country? I genuinely may have missed most of the stores because obviously the search terms are filled with today's protests

Irrespective of what their views are they are being respectful and honouring the dead. I’ve no problem with them being upset at what went on last week. I can totally understand why it would be upsetting to them.
and from that video it looks as though they are being completely respectful.
That is not what the other inbreds are doing though. They just want a tear up. I hope they get battered. Only a matter of time before they turn on themselves anyway.
