I meant in terms of deprivation/being dodgy as hell really.

Kenny is unique in terms of it being a blatant failure of multiculturalism. In that it's a melting pot in all the worst ways - as in no support, no plan, little actual integration.

But in terms of the reasons for these places being varying degrees of hellholes I didn't mean 'because of the blacks'. It's not anyones fault because of their race; it's the fault of governance.

Scum bag private landlords too, packing hordes of people into little terrace houses and flats, with little or no care for the tenants, as long as they’re paying.

Oh I agree. Was just surprised to see Walton used as an example.

Then again, only time I’m on county road is when it’s full of scousers going the game.

Kensington is grim. I went out with somebody who moved there as a quick fix from moving up from Portsmouth and it’s was horrible.

County rd and Walton vale are night and day , Walton vale is actually on the up. county rd and the surrounding area is the pits

Landlords turning 2 up 2 downs on city rd into HMO‘s . Ridiculous
It's horrendous at the moment.

I'm looking to move soon myself and the amount of rental properties around that are house shares is crazy. Some wanting £400+ per month for a room in a house with 2 or 3 other people you don't know.

I think a lot of it has to do with the amount of southern landlords who bought up a load of property in Liverpool during lockdown.
House shares & lodgers are way more common down south due to the ridiculous rental prices, so it looks like the greedy arses are trying it up here.
Why let out a 3 bedroom property to 1 family for £650pm when you can rent it to 3 separate people at £400pm each. Absolute parasites.

Definately. The people causing it won’t be hit by the impact they’ll just get Rich on the back of it
