I think your missing the point I was making! If it was a terror attack id guess they would of wanted to injure more than 2 people and they quite easily could of done that in the heart of the city centre somewhere and had multiple casualties

It’s all speculation at the moment isn’t it but if for the sake or argument it was a bomb designed to go off as Remembrance Sunday started at 11 it could be they were delayed and were intending to be stood in the middle of a ward when it exploded. I agree though, it could have been much worse than it was.

We’ll just have to wait and see what comes out.
