The thing is I think now we have a manager with a bit of an idea well will start to see how good our players really are. For example if we had players like Salah and Giroud in our starting 11 today we would have been so much better attacking. We ave loads of injured players to come back, the youngster that have been players are easily good enough for back ups. We are not in as much of a mess you seem to think we are in.

I genuinely admire your optimism but there's a lot of ifs, buts and maybes in your argument. I hope you're right of course, but there's a lot of work to be done to get us competing at the top.

I'm loving your positivity lately Davek it's nice to see, but tbf, if we were poor and on another day it's a drubbing. If baccy teeth hadn't been so arrogant do you think we would have got a result?
Not putting them down though, definitely mentally getting stronger.
Yep, coud have been different but I think Allardyce had a game plan and didn't bottle it at HT. well deserved point.

My argument the other day going into this was that we weren't "inevitably" looking at a defeat, because history underlines we come away with a point or a win more often than a defeat....and so it proved again!
