Would love to see how many crosses we have let come into the box this half, they just do not try and block them ever. And when they do come in no one heads it. I was at palace last week and whenever the ball went in the air Dann would be a proper snide edging into lukaku leading with his forearm. Ref never called it because it was so well executed. Whenever the ball went up to Gayle and our centre backs they were so scared to make contact, they need to be more physical and less lightweight. The 1st goal epitomised everything that is wrong with the back 4, too too weak and no snide whatsoever.

He is supporting Lukaku - problem is nobody else is within a mile of them, so Barkley is expected to make the play with no support, so the end result is the striker is isolated and Barkley is snuffed out.

Check what just happened then - Barkley storms down the left, has the ball, not a blue shirt with 30 yards of him for 10 seconds.

That's the problem. There's no confidence, too much fear, and we're under a manager we don't believe in.

Thought first 10 or so minutes we looked good then for no reason whatsoever we stopped pressing and let them have all the time in the world, and we got worse as the minutes ticked by
