Hello everyone, wasn't able to watch the game but could anyone answer two questions?
1: how did besic go? And
2: what is The extant of Mirallas' injury?
Cheers in advance

Thought Besic did well. A lot more composed. Almost like cos he was starting, he didnt feel he had to make an immediate impression like a sub might.

No idea about the injury.

Just watched it back, and my first thought is what the hell was Rodgers doing bringing Lambert on for Balotelli late on? Surely the way they sat back for the last 15 meant he'd bring on a defensive mid - Lucas was right there.

If he made that sub based on common sense instead of sentiment for a Kopite in Lambert, Liverpool win that game 1-0.

And we were dreadful, truly awful. Lukaku offered nothing - Naismith, Stones, Howard and Besic did alright, Eto'o did more than Lukaku did within 5 minutes of coming on and Browning was encouraging.

Standard Everton showing at the pit

From RAWK:

"Everton fans who were in the ground today probably think its was some badge of honour to sing the sick songs.
I don't know if the cameras picked up Bešić spitting at Balotelli when he was lying on the ground.
Everton fans in town were obviously jubliant on getting a draw, but most unaware of sick chants of match going blues."

lol

They always go back to the chants when the result doesn't go their way.

Not condoning sick chants (and I didn't hear any actually) But at least we made some noise Kopites...I checked I had the volume up on my computer at one point, not kidding.

Yawn.

As the day has gone on this result feels better and better. When you consider the players coming back from injury for both teams, our squad certainly seems to have more strength in depth.
