Let's just get one thing straight, the seats would be white...end of. And, yes, Stanley Park would be the obvious choice of a name and I'm sure would go over fairly well with both sets of supporters.

But, it'll never happen...

If they have their Kop end in red that would have to be our away end - whilst they would no doubt put their visitors on the blue seats?

In reply to that question, easy! just do with the away fans like they do at st james park or at the nou camp put them up out the way in a far corner then they dont have to be sat in anyones section i.e liverpools or evertons!

Also if everton have a new stadium of 60,000 it will tempt new investers to the club like city have at the moment, as there will be no need for them to invest in a new stadium. I really believe its a win win!

...and I never would have thought that my government would have to bailout all the major US banks to the tune of 25B each.

What I'm trying to say here is that you never know what could happen.

And why will it "never happen" if it makes so much sense for both clubs ? The only possible reason is a misplaced sense of pride among supporters and club executives. But that's just what's in peoples heads, it can always change. And you know what ? It's down to ordinary fans to make it change.

What I'd like to see happen is this : a unique new supporters group of blue and red fans who support a ground share. Imagine the publicity that such a group could get if it took off. Blues fans calling round their red mates to get them to come along, and vice versa. We could shame the clubs into looking at the idea seriously. Who's up for it ?

Would you want to sit in Liverpool's end for home games?

the colour of the seats is not an issue. technology exists now to change the colour of the seats at the flick of a switch using LED'S in the plastic.

I'd just like for my team to be in a new stadium!

There is so much myopia about the morality and feelings surrounding the issue that alot of people seem to have missed the most important aspect of modern football..........money!

If it makes financial sense for both clubs, then it'll happen
