Liverpool Echo's association with Everton FC

No one's going to bite lad.
Not looking for bites. A simple observation that this forum is one of the most negative I read (and i look at several others from various clubs).Positive posts about the club are far outweighed by negative posts. Criticism in itself isn't negative but there is an agenda from a substantial number of posters using anything and everything to ridicule and undermine the club at many levels.
Thus it seems hypocritical to me that people are moaning about negatism from anothet public forum.

The most consistently negative response to anything Everton is this forum. It's a bit hypocritical to moan about outside comments that are positively glowing compared to the c**p on here!
So why not try to combat that with positive posts? A look at your posting history makes for negative reading. If you're fed up with negativity, be positive.

It's fashionable to criticise and it's also easy.

Correct, it is. So why moan about this and proceed to do exactly what you're moaning about?

But I know what you mean, I was accused of being a 'Korean Dictatorship' when I appealed for positivity once.

I would ban the Sun for obvious reasons.

I would also happily see the Echo banned.

How can I like this more than once?
The Echo does absolutely nothing at all to promote Everton FC. Quite happily see them banned.

Also more than happy for the Sun to be banned, but Everton should not be bullied in any way by the Echo or Taxi drivers or anyone else in order to make that decision. That's what is happening here - its bullying.

Let's not forget, Liverpool FC only banned the Sun this year. They can't take any moral high ground over this btw.

I'd still ban it though, like a shot.

I don't see any agendas, just some lads who might be a bit more vocal and critical of the club. Also, those lads are probably a bit more suspicious of what we're doing, Moshiri etc (I don't believe anything the club comes out with until it's there in black and white) I mean it's not as if the club haven't given us reason to be over the years.

Another thing, maybe you only see it as negativity because it doesn't happen to be you're opinion.

Kopite rag. If Liverpool lose two games they are pressuring the board or the manager constantly calling for new signings. We had decades of underachievement and they didn't pressure the board at all. Elstone has had them in his pocket for ages just to continue the plucky little Everton reporting in exchange for not exposing the crippling underperformance.
How is Elstone so powerful could you explane mate

Greg okeefe is convinced lukaku has said " he is going in the summer whatever happens" if true why not provide evidence, or has someone at efc told them not to publish that bit.

It's my paranoia kicking into overdrive mate. In my current state I'm happy to blame Elstone for world famine, he must be involved somewhere in it.

In seriousness I think there were some leaked emails if I remember from him to the echo saying they owed Everton or something.

Evertonians have always been critical in their nature (as in critical thinkers). We're just not the same as some other groups of fans who'll happy clap anything. We question and doubt what on the surface looks like good news but equally we whether and ride out the bad news without going full on pitch fork revolt like some other groups of fans. When you've seen some of the greatest players and greatest teams in the history of English football playing then you don't go overboard at the first signs of steps in the right direction.

Remember when they did the #tellAli feedback piece and the message back unanimously was their coverage of Everton was unbelievably poor and not impartial. They responded by denying the whole thing, appointing the blubberer of Crystanbul as Everton correspondent, and wrote a piece how 11th is where Everton belong.

It's a rag designed as click bait for kopites hence their fawning over LFC and the coverage of Everton. It's not written for blues to read pure and simple.
