Play Osman as an out and out central midfielder, sort of a 4-3-3. We need some composure in the middle and whilst he by no means Arteta he's the closest thing we have to him in a central position.

If we play him behind Cahill he can't really get involved and Castillo and Neville can't really get on the ball the make things happen.

It's a big shame, we've had it all season as well.

The League is so open this season, I honestly think we have the ability to get 4th. Not with all the injuries though and especially not with Arteta out.
