Get rid of Valente, Castillo, Jo, Saha
Youngsters - Play Vaughan ahead of Saha when coming off the bench, and give Rodwell and Gosling more 1st team action
FA Cup - Dont defend all match.
Subs - Sort them out, probably the only tactical feature Moyes lacks.
Signings - Sign the position we have been wanting a player for the past 3 or 4 years or so - a right winger.

ALSO, stick Hibbert upfront for the final 2 matches, put him on all set pieces also. See if he scores.

Continue to unearth gems like Rodwell, Gosling etc.
Bring in Moutinho, a proven goalscoring striker and a decent right sided midfielder.
Go out and get at Chelsea from the start in the FA Cup and bring the cup home.
