Looked completely at home against Man City at the Etihad. But sure, he's not good enough for our first team

..chuffed for him. Says a lot that his Manager was confident to put him on in such a key game as that.
And says a lot that our last 2 managers were too clueless to get him integrated with our 1st team
Yes but mate we’ve got experienced players like Schneiderlin, Besic, McCarthy, etc that must get game time first. I mean they’re proven Premier League quality. And says a lot that our last 2 managers were too clueless to get him integrated with our 1st team
I meant I doubt he’ll be championship Forshaw like because I think he’s much better than that. Time will tell. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. More than most of the academy players get to. Very best of luck to the lad.
Decisions do have to be made, except it seems with existing First Team midfielders, but where we really at that point? With the season already dead why couldn’t we have given him an opportunity in the First Team?..I love the little fella but I also appreciate these decisions have to be made. I suppose time will tell if the point you make is right.

I remember years ago, probably due to being skint that when our under 21’s played Liverpool Utd Chelsea Arsenal. There teams would be full of 20yr olds, while we would have 17/18 yr olds playing.Decisions do have to be made, except it seems with existing First Team midfielders, but where we really at that point? That wouldn't be any fun now would it?I'd give it more than 20 minutes if I were you like
Yes but I put that down to Koeman being clueless!I think his style of play would have been suited to partnering Gueye in midfield as he can tackle but can also pick a pass. However I thought writing was on the wall last season when due to injuries there was a place in the bench available and they picked Williams ahead of Walsh.
