Calvert-Lewin and Allan start all day, if they're fully fit.

Danny I think this is the major point. If they’re not fit, there’s no point in starting them as they’ll either likely to be below par or at increased injury risk.

It sadly restricts what we can do in terms of the XI. It's not like the options on the bench (bar the above) have really shone when offered the chance.
