Not sure it’s classed as an aggravated breach as while it brings the game into disrepute, I think for it to become aggravated then it needs to also meet E3.2 (but I’m no legal expert)

And then in terms of punishment, I imagine they would class it all as one breach as it’s all in one distinct period.

Yeah I just had a read up on it too, and it seems to be more talking about being abusive toward or assaulting a referee.

Doesnt mention anything about the inference of the referee being a Luton fan, sadly.
