Heitinga is putting in pathetic, half-arsed shifts week in, week out. I'm not going to refuse a superior defender in Lescott on the basis of him doing that once.

I would take him back as long as the relationship between him and the other players is still okay. There's a lot of new blood in since his departure so I'm guessing it'd be okay.

I can completely understand his reasons for leaving. He won the league, a couple of cups (I think), played with the bestb daily in training and also in the champions league, earned a ****load of cash and staked a bigger claim as an England player. He's not a local and he was never brought through our youth system. He didn't owe us any thing. He could have conducted himself a little better during the departure but to be fair to the lad he had to grab that opportunity with both hands.

The Jagielka Lescott partnership was one of the best in country. It would improve us no end. Nevermind the popcorn factor after selling him for 22million. Sign him up Moyles

Lescott threw the match coz he was in a strop. Again, if you weren't there then you dont really know what it was like. If you were, then you should know better. Never in all my years as an Everton fan have I seen what he was like that day. You can forgive players being off colour, or quite simply gash, but you cant forgive his ****ty attitude.

Not really, maybe I'm a bit more naive or cynical, but he has earnt millions at city, and a premie league trophy, I doubt going to play at Everton will feel demeaning.
