I like osman, technically one of the best Everton players in my time supporting the club.

But to often over the years against real quality and power house midfielders
He Would get bullied and would go missing

There is a reason why he's stayed at Everton for ten years

And not played for a champions league team

We need an osman type player in the team, but better to challenge the top teams

His loyalty and dedication to the cause has inspired the team to glory these past 10 years.
 

I thought he was excelent today! That left mid position all season has been missing a player who tucks in slows it down and keeps the ball. Him and pienaar both in that position (pienaar especisly) make us look so much more like a side. Naismith cant do it,, barkley cant do it. In my opinion in the summer martinez needs to look for a younger version of both because i think they are two of the reasons we have been poor this season
