As long as we don't put Neville or Distin at left back, then i think we will be fine without Baines. Even if it was just Baines out, and Pienaar, Donovan and Dempsey in i'd be happy. That would fix our weakest areas - RM and LM, replace Cahill - and not depend on Jelavic for goals.

As for a left back, give Garbutt a go - If it doesnt work out then yeah play Neville there till January
