What because a couple of over excited teens on twitter said they were happy with the defeat.

I think what people were happy with was that the standard of football start to resemble something decent. The team looked up for it and had passion. It's called relief. A month or two of awful football to a glimpse of some promise, something to build on.

I am not sure everyone was happy we got beat. Not sure how that narrative was somehow the general consensus.
