If this is true, it is good business for both of us. Anichebe get to play full time, and we get a talented winger.

Seems a good deal....but I honestly dont know if this Ledley is really THAT good.
 
Hes not THAT good, can you please take out The Mout reference from the post please, theres only 1 Mout, nobody else compares. Especially not Joe frigging Ledley.

Sadly only Arteta and Pienaar have any creativity, its what we are crying out for. Whilst Ledley is fairly decent, hes not the pacey right winger we need. Hes a LB/LM, I think we all agree we are fairly sorted that side.
 
Don't think Ledley has the pace to cut it in the Prem, nor the skill required to substitute the lack of pace. Certainly don't see him as a player who would improve our first eleven.
 

Hmm Ramsey was always the quality player at Cardiff ive liked parts to Ledley's game its not glaringly obvious but he does have quality that may need to be nurtured. Hel be a hard work one on the coaching end but if Moyes thinks hes worth six and not forgetting that Moyues doesnt part with money easily he probabaly is.

Cant see it though, i think its the begining of transfer rumours the majority of which wont be true and lets face it wed all be surprised to sign a player early in the window. Eqaully i dont think it would serve us the best if we broke up the Pienaar and Baines combo.

He plays at Centre Mid or on the Left Wing and like MG said, that area is sorted unless Moyes is looking to switch Pienaar on the right or simply looking to add strength in depth. Ledley has no real pace and paying £6 million for a player just to add to the squad size is too much for a player with no Premier League experience. I believe this deal will go through however as Moyes as tried to sign him before and with Cardiff failing to make the play-offs, Ledley may feel this is the time to move on.

Exactly. He's an average player, and actually has found his level in the Championship.
