I can not stress how utterly average at everything this player is.

Just a straight up 6/10 in everything he does, bar shooting which is about 2/10.

And before its pointed out, yes, that instantly would make him our best midfielder, but he stinks of 15th.

Agree , but at present we are paralysed by the FFP /P&S cycle .

So , for 12-24 months all we can do is try to pick up a bargain or 2 get a decent loan player in and let the dross ( and there's a lot of it ) run their contracts down.

Then , if Moshiri has sold the club, we might expect to see a bit of investment in the team.

Until then we are treading water and just hoping to mainatain PL status.

I know it's in the Dedonker thread and haven't a clue how much his fee would be but it wasn't him I had in mind when I talked about "bargains".

I suppose if you got him for £5m it would be a "bargain " , won't happen of course.
