We're skint but I still think the squad has been improved slightly for almost no money. Moyes has done what he could with what he's been given.

I'm still not convinced by this 'It's the best squad I've ever had' blather from the Ginger Guru. Yes, we've bolstered the squad with a few more bodies, but the aesthetics of the team, hasn't really changed that much. Yes, Beckford , Marvin and Silva " In time"- will come good. But what we really need is the some one for the "Here and Now !". Now, I know I fly the flag for Landon more than too much on here, but when he joined he was first choice right midfield. He shone and when he wasn't there we went back to the dark days. We need fresh blood that is the equivalent of Windows 7 - fully loaded, all the bells and whistles ( maybe with the odd bug) but ready to turn on and just GO!

We need guys who are the finished article - not slow burners :(

Its pretty obvious all clubs are getting thier house in order before the spend as you earn policy comes in next year.

I would think we have made a huge financial outlay in terms of wages this summer beleive it or beleive it not that commitment dwarfs transfer deals in general and secured players on long deal with next summer in mind.

I think the bottom is going to fall out of the transfer market, from next July onward.
