Last time we came from behind to win...

I don't see the transfer market as our problem at the moment. Everton have bought very well over the last couple of years. On paper we should have a squad capable of competing for a top 6 place. I genuinely believe the problem is within the culture of the club. There's no winning mentality within the culture. There's no real punishment for failure. We need a management structure (not just the manager on his own) that can drive success. The reason the likes of Ferguson and Guardiola are so successful is because they drill success in to their players every single day. There is no other option other than success. That's something we haven't had at Everton in a long, long time.

Really. You mean players like Tosun, Klaassen, Ramirez, Martinez, etc were good transfers. Sorry not for me.

I couldn't care less for a top six place. It is top four or nothing.

Silva has won 17 of 45 league games (37.77%)
Fat Sam won 9 of 24 league games (37.50%)

So Silva is 0.27% better than Fat Sam. That right there is what you call progress.

Will be interesting to see how this goes after the crazy fixtures in December.

The commentator on tele said we never come back, even once in the league under Silva.
Stems back beyond way further. I highlighted this problem sometime last year but it didn't get much traction.

There's one comeback I can remember clearly and it was Lukaku v West brom under Martinez.

The last time we were behind, came back and won was under Fat Sam in Dec 2017, as some poster mentioned.

3 of those 4 were more than 2 years ago. Tosun was almost 2 years ago.
I was referring to the likes of Richarlison, Bernard, Iwobe, Digne, Gomes, Delph, Kean, Mina.
All players that should be capable of driving us towards top 6.

These players were bought under Silva's management.

The likes of Tosun, Klaassen, Ramirez, Martinez, all transfer failures, were bought for the 2017/18 season which was two years ago.
