Just watched Room.

Really, really enjoyed it. Quite disturbing and unsettling, and definitely not a 'feel good' movie. Quite brilliant acting by the two leads, and I can see why the awards and nominations flowed.

Well worth a watch.

Just watched it. A decent take on zombie movie decent ideas. Some low budget patchy acting. But watchable 6.5 /10

Was on last night. Excellent film, but slow, so won't be to everyone's taste.

Proper film, with outstanding acting and won a load of awards.

Story of a self made Hispanic businessman in New York, desperately trying to keep his buisness on the right side of the law whilst under relentless pressure from organised crime.

The film takes its title from the most violent year in New York's history - 1981.

Pretty good and very easy to watch. Jeff Bridges, Chris Pine and Ben Foster with excellent performances.

You were really rooting for him at the end, not to buckle under the pressure he was under and give in.

Best film I've seen on tv for quite a while

Intense film, at least I thought it was. Full on swearing and a couple of scenes that are a bit....
If you're ok with that, then a good film.
