Nope, the brand new one about the slave revolt of Nat Turner - With a wink and a nod to the Griffith film

It wasn't a 'raucous comedy' but, it was glorious.
Loved it....witty, clever and more.
The cast list says it all really.

There was Summerisle - 'The Confessions of Nat Turner' which won the Pulitzer Prize

It's an interesting tale - as is the story of the films director

Was on last night.

Dreadful and a waste of a good cast.

Must've cost a fortune to make.

Think of every action scfi / action film cliche and put them in one film - Escape from New York, Die Hard etc.

The whole film could be condensed into ten mins.

Yeah I watched it right through, was ok, I like most things that utilise that sort of vastness of the US as a backdrop. Thought the main girl was very good. I'm never that keen on Shia Lebeef though and he hasn't really changed my mind here. Will try and check out Paterson soon.
