Way of the Gun - violent, fairly labyrinthine crime story. Good cast, bit overcooked. Echoes of Peckinpah and Leone.. only distant ones though.

I thought interstellar was pretty good. Completely skimmed the physics. Not run of the mill sci-fi, but it will completely go over some people's heads, & physics geeks will pyar fume. 8/10 for me

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Really liked it. Didn't like Tom Felton's acting, though.

I watched a documentary last night called Blackfish on BBC4 about killer whales in captivity, very eye opening, give it a watch on iplayer if you get a chance.
