One battle after another was surprisingly very good
It’s quite a long film but the acting was great
Sean penn is brilliant in it

Star Wars is still better than the LOTR trilogy, even though I'm sure @Nymzee might disagree...It seems to be hip to hate on decent films because they put the shabite that was star wars to shame

Top Gun Maverick make it worth still going to the cinema from time to time
I've a sneaking suspicion that his nephew simply made the mistake of going public and then choosing it as a hill to die on rather than having wildly different views from Uncle Eddie. As the end credits roll on the above, a real treat is on in the high channels...

Legend, 11pm (freeview 41)
"Good boy" , it's a film that really shouldn't work, a dog that can see apparitions, entities and evil spirits, I wouldn't really class it as horror, though there are a few jump scares, it's not a film for people who want blood and gore every 30 seconds, but it's a good perspective on the haunted house genre, I really liked it though it won't be to a lot of peoples taste, 4.5 doggie treats out of 5
What's a cinemaIs this out on cinemas, as the reviews have been really good ?
Friday is the UK release mate, I really liked it but don't go in thinking horrorIs this out on cinemas, as the reviews have been really good ?
Mrs Bluerobert has tasked me with finding the spookiest of films for this years Halloween film night. I’ve only recently started to enjoy some horror films mostly because I just find them not scary and as such really crap films.
Hereditary really got me into the genre. I’ve seen insidious and the Nun and they were a return to boring film form. Can any horror fans suggest anything “truly knicker wettingly spooky” as Mrs Bluerobert put it.
Just to add we’ve started watching a few over the last Halloweens and honestly I don’t think I’ll ever be spooked again
Agree on Sinister, Exorcist is still one of the best, Texas chainsaw a classic that feels like a lost footage film, Near dark, not really spooky just a great film, Gonjiam haunted asylum,Rec the Spanish one, Poughkeepsie tapes , Hellhouse LLCMrs Bluerobert has tasked me with finding the spookiest of films for this years Halloween film night. Sinister.
Super spooky and very unsettling - you won`t sleep properly afterwards !
A super take on the bogey man, with a standout performance from Ethan Hawke. ( one of my all time fav horrors )
Don`t Breathe.
Mad jump scares all the way through and off the scale tension.
