Last Film You Watched

Watched these two documentaries in last couple of days. It’s truly shocking to me that anyone could align themselves with the types of people in the top documentary and it’s also heartening to see the way in which the fella in the lower documentary changed over 7 years. It gives me hope. We all saw how the far right pounced on what happened in Liverpool on Monday, the top video shows how cowardly the far right really are, turning up at a pride event with full military fatigues, body armour and automatic weapons.

Watched "Twisters" last night.. Not great Not bad.. 5/10.
Watched "You won't be alone" last week, very strange that it's a bit of a chore to watch but once done you appreciate it, I was told that about it so I stuck it out and I'm happy I did. 8/10

Started this after trawling through seemingly hundreds of film choices. I'm just not digging movies and TV as much as I used to. Maybe I've mentioned it before but time is precious to me these days and I can't be arsed wasting it on current uninteresting overhyped [Poor language removed].

It's got a beautiful pallette of cinematography, a clever storyline about loneliness in a modern hyper-connected digital world and a strong lead performance from Phoenix as the sensitive, intelligent and angsty main nerd.

Plus Scarlett and her tonally perfect voice as his secret AI love.

Oh my word.
Just watched Dead Man's Shoes.
What an absolute masterpiece on so many levels.
Nothing more to add.
Didn't realise it at the time when I first watched it, but his younger brother is Toby Kebbell, the lad from Rocknrolla...

Anyway, about halfway through this:

So far, it hasn't failed to disappoint... Will finish the rest tomorrow.
