Just had a Clint Eastwood channel up for the weekend on Sky over here, absolutely boss. All the Dirty Harry movies, Whistle Dixie, Unforgiven amongst others so far. Ace.

Not my usual bag, but just finished a Jason Statham marathon and for the most part i did enjoy it. Crank I and II were hilariously entertaining which i did,nt expect.
Gotta say, Redemption is a good shout from him also.

Just finished The Running Man on Netflix...hadn't seen it since it came out in the cinema. No wonder I had fond memories of it, I was 12 then. Jesus, it doesn't feel like 27 years ago. I should've known when the setup at the beginning had the future as 2017. Heh, anyhow...yeah, terrible 80's garbage. It even had the horrific 80's music ending. Can't believe it came out the same year as Predator, FFS.

Pacific Rim...thought I'd hate it. Happened to be on tonight and gave it a shot.

Pretty solid if I'm honest. Certainly better than I thought it would be.

Watched Pearl Harbour again the other day.

My god it's so bad.

Which is a shame, because the actual bits with the planes and the actual event are quite good.

But the love story is grim, and the last hour when they do the 'revenge missions just so USA looks like winners' is utterly awful.

2 Championship Belts out of 5 and the 2 are only because I like WW2 planes.
