Tried to watch Killer Elite as a brain-off Sunday action film but I had to turn it off after 20 mins as somehow it had found my brain and stomped on it.
Watched 2 films tonight..
Return of The Railway Children… mrs and daughter wanted to watch this, the original has great sentimental memories for us as a family so thought I’d give this a watch… not a patch on the original but a decent feel good film for the family.
American Gangster…. I’ve tried to watch this a few times in the past but for some unknown reason I’d never watched it past the first half hour, watched it all tonight though… phenomenal film in my opinion.

Ok? Understatement. Probs the best superhero film Marvel have done.
Ending annoyed me, though x2 was strongest, been a while since I watched em all. I'll never forgive 'apocalypse'. Never!

Watched Red Eye last night. First half was a perfectly serviceable thriller, then it all went a bit crap.

Watched that predator prequel thing prey at the weekend, much better than I expected!
Wasn't sure about it. The kid really annoyed me, with all the shrieking. I was enjoying it, then that just ruined the whole film for me.
I should try it again, one day though.

I used to go to school with the lead actor in this. His Irish accent is incredible.
