He is fantastic, Braveheart, and Troy too. Not the best film but one superb performance from Brendan is in Kingdom of Heaven

Yes there is much to love packed into it; and it had potential to be up there with Gladiator. Although the pacing is off in parts and there is no getting over the fact that Orlando Bloom was the wrong choice.

'The Gentlemen' on Netflix.

Not usually a fan of Guy Ritchie's gangster yarns, but this was fun.

Superbly edited, and a brilliant Hugh Grant as a sleazy journalist.

Well worth a watch.

Strange seeing Hugh Grant and Lady Mary playing cockneys, but once you got used to it they were strangely quite good.

Just a shame they couldn't afford the real Tom Hardy and had to bring in a lookalike.

Good fun as you say though. Thought it was his best film since Snatch.

He’s good in the remake of Death Race too.

I like him, you know exactly what you’re getting, plus he never takes himself seriously either.

He was good in Spy. Don't often see him in a comedy role.

Thought Marton Csokas was excellent as Guy de Lisignan, had to look up who it was. I didn’t realise Ed Norton was the King

Osmosis Jones (2001)

A forgotten gross-out comedy.... really weird mix of live action and animation with a buddy-cop adventure taking place INSIDE BILL MURRAY. It's as odd as it sounds... great voice cast though and Bill Murray is Bill Murray. So it's got that going for it. It's hit and miss in parts and the mix between the two formats doesn't always work, but it's certainly a lot of fun and the product of very creative stoner minds, duuuude. No-one seems to know of it's existence... it was a massive flop when it came out like.

I’m really surprised that they haven’t done more Dredd’s tbh, as there’s a lot of material there to be used.

As @Dylan said a few pages back, it’s a fantastic adaptation of The Raid.

So much great material in 2000AD I’m always amazed that is the only decent movie from it.
I’m sure I read there was plans for a Rogue Trooper film once upon a time.

Believe I read a few years ago that Karl Urban was keen on doing more as well. Such a shame it never happened.
