Last Film You Watched

Pacific Rim: 4/10. Everybody I know has said it's "boss" or "decent." To be honest, I'm slightly biased (not sure if that's the right word) as sci-fi is far from being my favourite genre. However, I can enjoy a sci-fi flick if it's good enough (think Terminator, 8/10) but I thought this was bloated and the action scenes were sporadic, yet at the same time seemed repetitive.

movie was great imo. Hoping to see 2, is it coming, i dont know.?
felt samekind of satisfaction like i did after all those brilliant Medusa movies.

Does someone know was this movie based directly on some of those books? Or was it new story

It's based on One Shot mate. Interestingly enough that will also be the title of Hibbo's autobiography.

Thought it was brilliant, but there again, most Coen brother films are.

Blood simple is one of my favourite Coen brothers.

I watched Gravity and thought it was awful - has anyone else met anyone that thought this? I cant seem to get anyone to back me up. Visually it was great but Sandra Bullock was painful and the scenery soon gets boring with her neurotic mutterings drifting through the stratosphere.

Ben Kingsley is great

Didn't know what it wanted to be though. At times it was like the Naked Gun of the super hero movie genre and other times it was a dramatic super hero movie with scary villains doing scary villain things

Still enjoyed it though

it was worse than run of the mill though. 4times she threatened to run out of oxygen but obviously was never going to, survived 2 or 3 fires. She panted for most of the film. what about the dog impression? WTF was that all about?
