Watched the original 90s Jumanji for the first time a couple days ago. I liked it, but tbh I actually prefer the new ones. Yes, this has got Robin Williams in it, but it's not peak 'Good Morning Vietnam/Aladdin/Mrs Doubtfire' Williams you're getting here, which frankly is a complete waste, and something that could have elevated the film to another level if you did.

Ford vs. Ferrari.
Damon and Bale are very good. Overall, a good film that would have benefited from some additional edits to make the narrative tighter. Felt like the film was 20-30 minutes too long

Just watched this documentary called Meru, about these three fellas who climb this mountain that had never been climbed before, all documentary footage as they did it, proper scary stuff but also amazing to see.
If you like climbing or sporty type stuff check it out, its unreal
One of the guys in it made that Free Solo film that came out about a year ago, proper mentalists

Watched that a year or so ago. Totally amazing. The looks on their faces in that tent at the start. Love the mad obsessions of them all and their dedication and focus.
