Watched The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo last night, really enjoyed it. The Swedish one with Noomi Rapace. Love the way the investigation work was done, great film. Also good to listen to in Swedish with subs rather then dubbed.

Question now if anyone knows the film, are either The Girl Who Played with Fire + The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest, any of those two films as good?

They aren't. They're ok though.

Brilliant film

Held off for it from mixed reviews but I’m in an 80’s themed zone after Stranger Things.

Not a film but just watched that short called Anima with Thom Yorke and really enjoyed it; very artsy, very atmospheric, probably has some deep message that I’ll never get after 8 Corona & lime.

The Lobster - really enjoyed it, loses a lot of momentum and humour in the second half, overall a really interesting dystopian black comedy.

I really wasnt sure, after a year thinking about it more, Yeah..still not sure. It was funny it just seemed to be trying too hard or maybe Colin was....bloody odd premise too.

Great movie, nice pacing...lovely leading lady...oh and it's a slightly different take on a really overused premise

Really like that film. Keep meaning to try a couple more Yorgos Lanthimos films but never get round to it.

Not easy watching, but a bloody good film. Olivia Coleman is brilliant as usual.
