Deadpool 2.

Weird. First 45 minutes was dreadfull. Not a single laugh, and the story was going absolutely nowhere. I nearly walked out.

The final hour - fantastic. Loved it and lived up to the first film.

The turning point was the formation of the X-Force/scene in the plane.
Yeah after the X force the movie kept getting better.
The final hour made up for a slow start

Deadpool 2, was decent, second half of the film much better than the first though

Thought the opposite; thought 3rd act really brought it down.

Decent enough biopic, Ben Foster is good, but The Armstrong Lie is really the go to film for this story.

Cracking this. Michael Shannon is fearsome as a real estate mogul profiting from the sub prime loans crash and taking one of his victims under his wing to tutor him in the ways of eviscerating capitalism. One of those films that's says a lot without being pedagogical and preachy.

Odd little fillum this. Sold as a comedy-horror, it's not particularly horrific and not very funny either. What it is though is a quite compelling, oddly touching and well acted love story along the lines of: girl meets boy, boy meets girl, boy's sarcastic mutilated dead ex girlfriend haunts them whenever they try and get it on.
It's a testament to all involved that it rises above this somewhat risky premise to create a genuinely unique film that's well worth a look and an interesting exploration of love, loss, obsession, grief and dependency. Well recommended.

Michael Shannon is outstanding in 99 Homes.

He seems to have cornered the market in playing Sociopaths.

I, Daniel Blake (2016) fantastic job. Had tears towards the end.

Loved the accent, the acting, the cold real life feeling, and of course its main cause, fierce criticisims towards our 'modern' states.
