been on my list for a while and and I loved it. A French cannibal body horror about the pressure to fit in at Uni etc. Great score and atmosphere.

Baby Driver. Excellent film with a great soundtrack to boot. Like most things you have to suspend disbelief, characters would have all been shot dead within the first few minutes, you can't getaway from anyone if you leave a trail of smoke and noise that can be seen & heard for miles and what's all this Kevin Spacey getting his comeuppance for years of grooming a boy who he calls baby....erm...maybe not quite as far-fetched as I first thought. :p

Watched it Saturday evening. Really good and that opening is brilliant - Had "Bellbottoms" playing on the headphones while going the shops this morning:D Nice little nod to the Mint Royale vid while he's flicking through channels as well.

I watched Kubo with the little uns earlier.

Really enjoyed it.
Dinosaur that I am, that was my first visit in absolute ages to one of the multiplex cinemas. Mightily impressed with the comfortable seats, pricing and above all the sound systems. I might even be tempted to go regular now.
One film that catches my eye is called something like You really weren't there starring one of the Phoenix lads cant spell his first name.

I watched this only last week- a £3 purchase in Asda by my girlfriend which is usually not a good sign but I have to say I really enjoyed this film. Some of the actors are a little amateur and the ending is convoluted (a common tendency in films of this ilk/budget) but the film was really enjoyable. Some of the creature design and practical effects where phenomenal as well and reminded me of The Thing. A good solid horror genre film IMO.
