Watched this on Film4 during the wk, simply called Room.

Heavily based on Joseph Fritzel, story of a young woman who is abducted, then kept against her will in a single room, for seven years, giving birth to a son.

Very slow, but beautifully acted, especially by the young lad.

Read the book. Very tough read because of the horrific theme (but excellent as a fiction novel); haven't seen the film since I heard it got great reviews. Don't need to experience another well-crafted version of that horrific theme again.
