4 months period applies to reapplication after a unsuccessful application by the same club.

It's actually 5 days we'd have to wait.

Seems you know the score.

Just to reiterate, the work permit is not an issue and 4month or whatever has been quoted is effectively no more than a lie.
 
I was reading a few WHU forums and they were saying that they'd agreed to pay his wages at £45k pw , so can't see us being any different , which amounts to about £750k for the duration of the loan.

Ha ha , yes , it was quite an interesting read , seems they have similar issues with their board like us , lots of "where's the money Gold" shouts and they have a fella similar to Elstone who they despise , lot of sense though and even going on how Everton and trying to get into the Champions League was a much better prospect than West Ham and relegation , still proper fuming though...!
 
So what's the gist with this now? Is the deal still supposedly all sorted for him to come to us? So are we just waiting on our work permit / paperwork to get sorted then its all smiles and scarves aloft at finch farm?
