And yet neither Corbyn nor Labour have sued the Guardian......

"14. However, care must be taken when dealing with these topics. The fact of Israel’s description as a Jewish state does not make it permissible to hold Jewish people or institutions in general responsible for alleged misconduct on the part of that state (see paragraph 9.g.). In addition, it is wrong to apply double standards by requiring more vociferous condemnation of such actions from Jewish people or organisations than from others – a form of racist treatment also all too common in other contexts, eg. holding Muslims or Muslim organisations to a higher standard than others as regards condemnation of illegal or violent acts by self-defining “Islamic” organisations or states (such as Saudi Arabia or Pakistan). It is also wrong to accuse Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or to the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interests of their own nations."

Why are you so keen on echoing barefaced lies?

I see that ‘it is wrong’ is not quite the same as ‘is not permissible’. This allows anyone to do the things that are wrong, yet claiming ‘yes it was wrong but I apologise’ or even argue ‘why was it wrong’. They have watered down the wording and left loads of loopholes in place. You know this but just cannot accept it. Meanwhile, no one from Labour has sued the Guardian.......

This is exactly what the official and unofficial Leave campaigns did, by the way.

It is wrong is a perfectly just term to use in instances like this.

https://www.google.co.uk/search?as_..._occt=any&safe=images&as_filetype=&as_rights=

"Any person who was a party to any proceeding before a magistrates’ court or is aggrieved by the conviction, order, determination or other proceeding of the court may question the proceeding on the ground that it is wrong in law or is in excess of jurisdiction by applying to the justices composing the court to state a case for the opinion of the High Court on the question of law or jurisdiction involved; but a person shall not make an application under this section in respect of a decision against which he has a right of appeal to the High Court or which by virtue of any enactment passed after 31st December 1879 is final."

"Subject to subsection (2), any order, judgment or other decision of the Crown Court may be questioned by any party to the proceedings, on the ground that it is wrong in law or is in excess of jurisdiction, by applying to the Crown Court to have a case stated by that court for the opinion of the High Court."

And, as I said, if Labour were to take legal action against any of the "free" media, then it would only give people like you another tool to batter it over the head.

Make absolutely zero mistake about this, whenever Labour find themselves ahead in the polls - all of this stuff comes out again. This is a concerted attack against, not only the Labour Party, but any sort of remotely left-wing ideology.

So this whole anti-antisemitism within the Labour party is all part of a conspiracy.

Who is behind the conspiracy?

Yep you guessed it!!!

I see the UK’s three main Jewish newspapers all say a Jeremy Corbyn led government would pose an existential threat to the Jewish way of life. Horrible anti British, supporter of terrorists, just like his right hand people (abbot and McDonnell) No sincerety in his pathetic words to put the anti Semitic ingrained problem in their party to bed.
