Ah sorry yes, I can’t see us replacing a 39 year old RB with a 35 year old one.
If he’s free and his wages aren’t ridiculous I can actually see the point in this one as it kicks the can down the road for the RB position.

The biggest and most strident “no” I have ever uttered.
Would certainly not be a repeat of the Young signing which it is being framed as. Young had already adapted his game for the attributes he had lost. And to my surprise, turned out to be a really top bloke, spoke really well with great respect of the club and the fans, and actually did bring the experience and knowhow we temporarily needed, despite being blamed for everything. I thought it would be a Delph “do you know who I am” scenario, but Young actually was the great pro people said he was. A class act even with the rash bookings.
Walker? Madness. We don’t need “winning mentality” from a player in terrible terrible form and, let’s be frank, off field shenanigans, which could be seen as harsh, but we just don’t need it. We need a right back with no asterisks or caveats about age, injury, dwindling pace, deteriorating focus, or actually being a left back but can do a job on the right. Just buy a right back for the love of god that doesn’t need justifying as to why it sort possibly makes sense if you consider X,Y and Z.
