Out of his hands though, thing is he is on the bench for his form, so its his own fault really

Zouma was totally played by Lampard. I know he hasn't played well but it feels like Lampard had no intentions of using him long term whether that meant dropping him to the bench this year or replacing him next summer. If he'd done what Luiz did he would be here.
