He's a good defender, I wanted him because it was continuity for the team and back four which can be a big help and he can slide in and we can just carry on from last season, He always had certain moments where he's a bit clumsy or slow.
It was either sign him in the summer window or we move on, I think Marco will be sniffing for him regardless though...

Found all the kouma comments a bit cringe. The only reason i would have wanted him back was because him and keane had a good few months. He's a very average defender. He's quick. Easly his best asset. Genuinely always felt there were better defenders out there.

I think it was just the partnership with keane. They seemed to gel but then i think mina can do that aswell. Ive just never rated him as anything other than average. Watched him in a few games when stoke got relegated and thought he waa all over the place.
Seriously we can do a lot better than zouma.

TBF, Chelsea have looked awful defending under Lampard. Everyone looks terrible, and I sense it may be a very long season for them.
