I am quite happy to delete this comment if you are able to point out how , once the chap passed on what was being openly spoken about in the supposed circles he moved in ,had been passed on to me it was confidential?
Football is awash with rumours and other than me establishing the name of the Chelsea defender on loan at Derby which wasn’t difficult I didn’t find any thing he said not backed up or should I say repeated elsewhere.

Hahahahaaaa.....erm

Stick-wrong-end-of me thinks.........hahahaha

Please continue with any rumours/contacts you have as that's what keeps us going.

I just meant your analysis of Zouma was too good. We should be saying he's crap. I don't think anyone thought what you said was 'really' confidential.

So chill and give us a hug ;-)

Chelsea are banned from signing anyone, united is likely given they need a whole new defence

The fact that the appeals process as far as FIFA has now been concluded means that within 21 days Chelsea can now appeal to CAS, within a day or so an application to stay the sanction will be made. It’s likely that application will be successful meaning that in all likelihood for the next window they will be signing players.

I made a comment on this thread a day or so ago following a conversation I had with a chap that claimed to be a Villa scout he was suggesting that Chelsea have a CD out on loan at Derby who they possibly will be recalling to their first team squad. The player is named Tomori and he has just been declared their player of the season.I will watch him in the play offs with interest
Irrespective of ban or no ban( CAS will be hard pushed not to suspend the sanction ) that will enable Chelsea to address several issues and I have no doubt they will be brining some players back from their loan army. The question is will Zoumas defensive strengths outweigh the minor shortcomings he has in terms of his distribution.
I took a long hard look at Chelsea against Watford and from everything I have seen he is a far better defender in terms of his ability to tackle, positioning, heading and indeed speed of recovery than either Luiz and Christensen and in terms of distribution the way in which Sari sets Chelsea up I can’t but help feel he will fit perfectly alongside Rudiger with the easy ball into Gorginio.
I will be absolutely staggered if he isn’t back at Chelsea next season and no he won’t be a bench warmer he will be first choice.
its not just now, zouma was carrying terry when he was still playing, bailing him out because he didnt have the legs anymore.
he had a cruciate ligament injury that saw him miss most of 2016, since then he has been loaned twice, i would be amazed if sarri hasnt been keeping tabs on him..

gary cahill is definately going and david luiz wants a longer contract then 1 year so he may leave aswell.

Are you H from Line of Duty ?

Slightly surprised in a way that Brands didn't have clauses to buy both Zouma and Gomes. You would have thought a man of his diligence would have, I guess we didn't know if they would be worth it. But an option in either case would have been handy now.

Shame if we can't secure him. He has looked solid with Keane. He has the pace that Keane lacks at times. Mina could be good but hasn't had a run yet due to injury plus I am not sure he quite has the pace to bail Keane out at times.
Keane sounds like bit of a handicap if he needs bailing out, which he does, too often for my liking.

Sometimes two players become greater than the sum of their parts when playing as a partnership. Jags was improved alongside Lescott and Distin, and Keane looks better alongside Zouma. I don’t think it’s a case of needing to bail him out at all, just of trying to keep a player that brings the best out of him and seemingly vice-versa.

Well Keane doesn’t look any better to me, still painfully slow, even more when he turns, he is never aware of where he is even more importantly doesn’t know where the man he is marking is, rarely uses the space he has to bring the ball out of defence. He is not bad at half time.
