I think Zouma was obtained to be our starting CB
I am sure both he and Chelsea were given certain assurances over game time

Mina will be first choice at 33 mill, but yeah Zouma looks the best of the rest.

Read somewhere he still wants to make it at Chelsea. I can't see it. Chelsea have about 35 Premier League level players on the books and they still buy 3-4 minimum every year. Once you're out you're pretty much out for good
