Even if you don't play him, just keep him for 6 months and sell and you would have trippled your money. This player has huge potential. AEK are broken financially and his sale is just a symptom of this.

I just realised also, you could start collecting Greeks! Velios, Manolas... both possible big futures at your club! The colours will make them feel at home.

In what way is he good?

Good points: 20 years old. Scores goals with ease. Good passer. Perfect build/physicality. Very fast for a CB, huge acceleration. Strong tackler. Will easily make money on this player. Ridiculously high potential unlike with most Greek players.

Bad points: Massive egotist ..even at his young age - aware of how good he can be. Needs discipline (already argued with coach/president of AEK and been dropped for it) and appears to get bored or disinterested when he should be alert and vigilant at certain points in quiet games. Doubt Moyes will have the balls to give this young player games in the key CB position, esp after how Vellios has been treated.

He is really a progressive player, the right club could produce a star.

Having just read back what I wrote , perhaps he would not be the best option for Everton as the club is very high profile and I am not sure he is the right character. Not sure anymore.
