Klopp to step down.

This is going to be fun, cant stand him but hes a good manager.

I think he does this, the way he plays has a shelf life with players, when he sees them getting to their early 30s he knows they wont go beyond that, the way he plays limits career times - he then jumps ship.

I think they will regress now.

Well, that's cheered me right up. Djokovic beaten and Klopp bidding auf wiedersehen is a superb schadenfreude double.

I said it when they appointed him: Liverpool will be a massive force once again. They were, sadly. He might even be seen to have won more when this Lance Armstrong period of Premier League football is finally judged by history. But nevertheless, tschuß, Herr Klopp. What are the odds on him becoming Germany manager for the next World Cup?

Clearly a fantastic coach so obviously will be a big loss for them

But I'd fully expect them to bring in someone really good as a replacement too. They aren't going to suddenly turn into a rubbish team unfortunately just because they lose a top manager
Ooh, I think they could very well return to what they were before him. A team managed by Brendan Rodger types.

Klopp transformed them as he did Dortmund. A truly brilliant coach whose teams play superb football. I'm off to neck some acid having said that...
