Kitbag (Yet Another Complaint) - Accountability Options?

Hi mate, let me know what shirt you are after, ill buy it and send it over.

I had issues with them last year as they supplied my son with a shirt that had Theodo 6 on the back instead of Theodore. They had the audacity to tell me I had spelled his name wrong when it was their website's fault because you should choose the chest size before filling in the name and number. If you do it the other way as I had it chops off the last few letters. I spoke to three knobheads before emailing the head of department who apologetically stated she would re-send the item correctly done, although they shouldn't really. She also said that because of my complaint they were going to rebuild the relevant pages to avoid such a repeat. They redesigned them immediately but the issue remained.

On looking into my tracking history, I saw that a year prior I had bought a framed newspaper front page with Theodore's name on a shirt held up by Moyes. I remember looking at it but not having bought it so pointed out it was never delivered. She said as a goodwill gesture it would be sent out. It never was.

This year, I noted that you can buy an 'infant' kit up to 7-8 years! This is cheaper with shorts & socks than a young boy's shirt alone so I went that way. Unlike the shirt you can fit the whole name on the infant kit's shirt so I ordered that, a training top for me and an Everton Monopoly set. They never arrived so I chased it up after about 10 days and was told the parcel had been left in my porch. I don't have a porch!!! Eventually, I was told I would get a replacement or refund so chose a replacement order. Then the Monopoly set was out of stock so I just said forget it and refund the lot. Now I have got one of my family back home to go into the store and buy my very disappointed son's extremely late birthday present from the store. Utter useless shysters!

The pumping of £32m into the club, is actually £3.2m per year for 10 years AKA The Kit Supply Deal.
There's an article on the KEIOC website that explains it, but basically we receive one of the poorest returns commercially in the Premier League. We get nought from Nike - their commercial relationship is with KitBag ultimately as the distributor. The KEIOC article explains it in more detail.

I think part of the KitBag deal was to popcorn the shizz out of deported convicts........ they seem to be fulfillinf their obligation. Move along, nothing to see here.

this is the exact type of horror story i'm talking about...that shocking, i mean anybody with a couple of active brain cells can work out thatmost merchandising is bought as gifts for birthdays chrissie e.t.c ...there should be some way of having them being held accountable!! i am determined to find a way

more examples like the one above are exactly what i am looking for!!

Lol at the XL shirt size.

How much was that edited before you posted it on the Internet?

I Don't Understand?

I feckin hate this deal with kitbag. The way you cant get any Everton merchandise in a shop in Ireland is head wrecking.

Completely agree.

The fact that there are no 'official' replica kits in the sports shops of emerging football territories such as the US, Asia etc is f*ckin marketing suicide as far as i'm concerned.

I honestly believe that due to the fickle nature of some overseas fans, it could lead them to fob off Everton and support some other team.

There's a huge 'pick your team' marketing campaign in the US right now Everton are in danger of getting left behind because of this.
