KIRKBY MOVE REJECTED

I think we need to focus on the real issue here in terms of a new stadium from this point on: who owns the club. The reason we went with Tesco in the first place was because we have a boardroom full of leeches. If they sell up or get serious about investment then that changes evrything.

The club's gambit so far has been to simply say to prospective partnerss: 'build it for us, we're skint'. We need that to change if we're to get real estate in Liverpool for a new build, or even upgrading Goodison.

Dont look and point the finger at LCC...the council who bent over backwards to get the KD off the ground when Bill and his mates wouldn't pony up £30M.

Thank christ the nightmare is over . I swear to god I would have packed up following Everton had they moved out of Liverpool . You just cannot buy our history and tradition .

The socalled people at the top who claim they have the very best intentions for Everton FC were ready and willing to do just that and I will never forgive them for trying to force through such a henious act (n)

Gonna have a red wine and forget about tonights result and think fo the bigger picture . Our beloved club is staying were it belongs (y)

That's not for sure. There is no guarantees that we will be relocated in the city.

As long as we dont share with the [Poor language removed], im not arsed...

I, along with most of us blues, just want us to get things right on the field of play first, gain some silverware and gain much needed revenue somehow, from somewhere, then worry about any move away from Goodison.

He explained: "The truly disappointing aspect of this is that the politcians who run this city went against the recommendations of the Council's own planning experts. In such circumstances you have to ask, why is that? What is the point in employing experienced and learned experts if you are simply going to ignore their advice?

LCC have done little short of nothing to help Everton Football Club in any capacity and are only interested in attracted more visitors to the City Centre.
