I’m a siggy fan but you have just described siggy . I haven’t seen enough of dowell but he can hit from distance and has a great left foot, he sifts in and out of games much like siggy . I am not saying he’s good enough but just got me wondering how siggy was doing at the same age? Am I right I’m thinking he was at reading? I do t think dowell will make it here but maybe we will see him in the prem in a few years. If he puts work rate in like siggy then maybe he can become a prem player on the future. He needs to show something to someone soon or else he will go the way of Baxter , green and so many young naturally talented players that just disappear forever
There wouldn’t be any harm in seeing if he’d sink or swim here in the PL next season.
I think he will be kept at the club for pre season and given a chance to impress, if he doesn't do so then he will be either sold or loaned at the end of the window.
...agree. There might be a permanent deal and fee tied into a promotion but I’m not aware that is part of this loan agreement.
