Probably wor
He was the 'coach educator' who was the first person Thelwell hired. He left after five months.
Probabaly worth noting that his role with us was only part time, and the new role he now holds meant he had to also leave his other 2 positions. So his 'moving on', was likely purely a career decision, or contract end, rather than a decision based upon the workings within Everton.

His main job is to ensure we leave each window stronger than the last. He failed spectacularly- our most important window in years.

I can blame him and do.
Absolutely this falls on Thelwell and he has failed his job miserably. We received 40 mil for Gordon and chose not strengthen the squad when we are 19th?

I thought the silence from him meant he was working on deals but it appeared he piggybacked off whoever Southampton were linked to. He needs to go in the summer.

A 7 mill bid for Giroud, a 35 mil bid for Sarr, a 20 odd mil bid for Beto and Sulemana. Maybe we did have money after all and kopite kev just can't close a deal

Other Premier League clubs felt that Everton were making bids to try to sign players without having the money to be able to see the transfer through during the 2022/23 January transfer window, being a hindrance to other clubs trying to sign players. (Source: talkSPORT)
