McNeil - Miss (square peg for a round hole)
Onana - Jury out (likely to turn into a good player)

Garner - Jury out (hasn’t done anything of note)

These are just early impressions, not definitive judgments, but it’s not great, and this is ignoring the huge hole he’s left in the squad.
