I'm sure he'll redeem himself by bringing in the new Holy Trinity. (That's Milner, the Ox, and whoever is the worst defender from Leeds or Saints).Big Summer for him after signing the worst striker in evertons history.

Might be a controversial opinion but I felt after the summer transfer window that we did good business given the money we had. I think one of our biggest problems was Lampard. Had we had a competent manager from the start we would have finished 6-12 points better off by the end of the season and that might have been considered a decent season given our spending restraints.Being fair here, they all played a part. Everyone was very excited by Onana early doors. The latter two stepped up late on.
Maupay is the one that just did not work. My view it was a desperation signing. What we could afford on wages and fees. Also who would join / whose club would sell. Some will argue we could have got someone from the Championship with potential, but again, it may just have been down to who would join or was available. It could also have been a preference for someone 'who knows the league'.
Whatever, it didn't go well.
Already gone to BrightonI'm sure he'll redeem himself by bringing in the new Holy Trinity. (That's Milner, the Ox, and whoever is the worst defender from Leeds or Saints).
YESSS!!! THANK YOU JEBUS!!!! - oh wait, you mean Milner don't you. For a minute there I thought you meant we'd managed to sell Thelwell.Already gone to Brighton
Would be nice to know exactly what his job is, becomes no one outside the club really seems to have a definitive answer to this question (which makes you wonder just how many people inside the club may be as equally unclear about who is responsible for doing what).Needs to be allowed to do his job without interference.

Get this bell out of the club asap
…when Brands objects to the Rondon transfer & Moshiri says it’s ‘a present for Benitez’, it tells you all you need to know about how the club is run.
Thelwell left us exposed in a key position, he has to go.
Give this fella some money to invest in quality.
Kudus please big man !
Hasn't Mudryk been a complete flop?Id rather he signed the Kudus, Mudryk, Gakpo types before they are global names...like he did with Onana.
Big blot that on resume although the opposite Garner rescues him for now. Garner should be a blue print.Get the board out , then we will see what thelwell can do. No excuses for maupay though.
Hasn't Mudryk been a complete flop?
Arguably, yes. However, as I've said elsewhere, moving to the absolute barn-pot of a club that Chelsea currently are, was probably not this best move.Hasn't Mudryk been a complete flop?
